Privacy Policy

Effective Date: July 25, 2026 | Document Version: 1.0.2

At Remedium Systems, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal data you share with us. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, utilize, and secure your information across our corporate website, healthcare systems, storefronts, and mobile applications (specifically Remedium Market and Remedium Sawari).

1. Information We Collect

We collect information that is necessary to deliver our clinical, e-commerce, and logistics services:

  • Personal Identity: Name, phone number, email address, age, gender, and home/delivery address.
  • Clinical Data: Patient EMR, diagnoses, vital signs, prescription records, and lab report documents (scoped strictly within our healthcare context).
  • Driver/Logistics Info: Licenses, vehicle registration documents, vehicle metadata, and verification profiles.
  • Device Data: IP address, device identifier, operating system version, and system logs.

2. Location Data & Background Tracking

BACKGROUND LOCATION DISCLOSURE:

Our Remedium Sawari Mobile Apprequires continuous access to your device's location services to function correctly. We collect real-time location coordinate data (latitude and longitude) in the **background**, meaning even when the app is minimized, closed, or not actively in use. This data is utilized solely to:

  • Match riders with nearby order pickups and delivery routes.
  • Provide accurate navigation turn indicators.
  • Update end-consumers with the real-time arrival estimates of their goods.

Location data is transmitted securely to our central API (`admin-dashboard-api`) and is never shared with third-party advertisers. You can disable location tracking at any time in your mobile device's settings, but doing so will prevent you from receiving delivery jobs.

3. Camera, Photo Library, & File Permissions

Our mobile applications request access to your device's camera and media storage for concrete operational tasks:

  • Remedium Sawari Verification: Access is needed to take or upload photos of your driving license, vehicle registry documents, and national identification card during driver onboarding. Access is also used to capture proof-of-delivery photos at delivery locations.
  • Remedium Market: Access is used by showroom staff to capture and upload medicine listing photos or physical receipts.
  • Remedium Online: Access is used by patients to upload digital images of paper prescriptions when scheduling medicine orders.

4. How We Use Your Information

The collected information is used solely to provide and improve our platforms:

  • Executing hospital consults, EMR management, and E-consent operations.
  • Processing mart orders, point-of-sale checkout billing, and payment settlements.
  • Verifying credentials and processing rider bidding commissions.
  • Maintaining system stability, identifying performance bottlenecks, and compiling audit logs.

5. Information Sharing & Data Security

We protect your data with strict operational protocols:

  • No Selling of Data: Remedium Systems does not sell or distribute your personal profile information, location history, or clinical records to third-party brokers.
  • Database Encryption: All sensitive medical records, prescription images, and location logs are encrypted in transit via SSL/TLS and stored securely behind firewall-guarded databases.
  • Limited Disclosure: Data is shared only with authorized partners (e.g., patient details with the chosen doctor, delivery address with the assigned driver).

6. Data Retention & User Account Deletion Rights

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as required by healthcare regulations (clinical logs have mandatory compliance holding times).

Account Deletion: You have the right to request deletion of your account and personal data at any time. You can submit a deletion request by emailing support@remedium.services. Upon request, we will delete your user credentials, location histories, and device tokens within 30 days, subject to any overriding legal or regulatory retention rules.

7. Google Play Store Compliance Statement

This privacy policy is designed to fulfill the Google Play Developer Console requirements, particularly regarding the Prominent Disclosure and Consent guidelines for background location permissions and driver document uploads. The terms outline the explicit, operational reasons behind every system permission requested by the applications.
