Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 25, 2026 | Document Version: 1.0.2
Welcome to Remedium Systems. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Remedium Systems corporate website, as well as the suite of software platforms, websites, and mobile applications operated under the Remedium Systems umbrella (collectively, the “Services”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website, registering for an account, or downloading and utilizing any of our software systems (including Remedium Clinic, Remedium Online, Remedium Market, and Remedium Sawari), you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use any part of our Services.
2. Account & Registration
Certain components of our Services require user registration. When creating an account:
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including a valid phone number.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials (passwords, session tokens).
- You agree to notify us immediately at support@remedium.services of any unauthorized access to your account.
3. Mobile Apps (POS & Rider)
If you download and install our mobile applications from the Google Play Store or Apple App Store:
- Remedium Market: Used by retail cashiers and shop managers. You agree to use this application solely for legitimate transaction recording, inventory tracking, and invoice printing in a compliance-respecting manner.
- Remedium Sawari: Used by delivery agents and logistics drivers. To use the Remedium Sawari app, you must undergo driver verification. You represent and warrant that all vehicle records, licenses, and background checks submitted are authentic and legally valid.
4. Location & Tracking Services (Google Play Compliance)
CRITICAL LOCATION DISCLOSURE:
The Remedium Sawari Mobile App collects real-time background location data to enable delivery dispatching, automatic proximity matchmaking with incoming orders, route navigation, and live order tracking for consumers. This location tracking runs even when the app is minimized, closed, or not actively in use. You must grant the application permanent location permissions to enable rider matching features.
5. Payments, Bidding, & Transactions
Transactions performed through Remedium Market and Remedium Sawari use digital payment processors (including JazzCash and local currency gateways). Bidding and counter-bidding options are provided for ride pricing. All transactions are final once completed. Remedium Systems is not liable for coordinate dispute discrepancies or pricing negotiations conducted between independent riders and end-consumers.
6. Intellectual Property
All contents, code structures, user interfaces, branding assets, custom logos, design systems, and database schemas in Remedium Systems products are the exclusive intellectual property of Remedium Systems. Any unauthorized reproduction, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of our systems is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. Remedium Systems does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or zero data loss. In no event shall Remedium Systems, its directors, or its affiliates be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from app service suspension, location tracking failure, or pharmacy invoice inaccuracies.
